Brookdale Senior Living, Roanoke, offers a memory care program rooted in a person-centered approach that preserves the sense of self and identity.  

The Alzheimer's and dementia care is called the Clare Bridge program.  Each resident is surrounded by others with the same cognitive abilities.  The Clare Bridge Daily Path provides a structured, fun, routine of activities to help maintain the abilities of residents and to encourage the use of current skills.   Trained staff is on the site 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
