Who We Are

This licensed home health care agency offers personal care to adults and geriatric patients who are homebound.  Services can include assistance with activities of daily living (ADL) – bathing, dressing, personal care, hygiene maintenance, continence care, etc; assistance with instrumental activities of daily living – housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, etc.  These services are provided under the direction of a Registered Nurse.  We also offer an Escort Service which is when a trained team member accompanies a client to a doctor appointment or a social outing.

All RNs employed by Lavender Cares Agency LLC are licensed in Virginia. They also comply with all regulations and standards of professional practice in the state.
