Transportation Administration and Scheduling

Giles Health and Family Center provides transportation to and from the Center, as well as medical transportation.

Medical transportation is available for residents in Giles and Pulaski County. Rates are based on mileage to and from the client’s home and destination and whether the rider requires a wheelchair-accessible vehicle. 

As the only Medicaid provider in the area, Giles Health and Family Center can provide transportation services to and from the center and to doctor’s appointments.  Payments accepted include Medicaid and private payments including Visa, Mastercard, and Discover cards.

Currently, there is one wheelchair-accessible bus and 3 cars.
