Who We Are
Medical Transport, LLC Transportation services are usually covered if the patient must be bed-confined at the time of the ambulance trip; emergency transportation is required; patient must be restrained; the patient is unconscious or in shock; patient requires oxygen or other emergency treatment en route; patient must be immobilized because of a fracture or risk of fracture; the patient is experiencing severe hemorrhaging; or if the patient can be moved only by stretcher. No wheelchair transportation to medical appointments.
Some charges may occur for certain requirements if the patient does not have Medicaid QMB Extended.
