Who We Are
Tri-Area Community Health has entered into a partnership with Patrick County Family Practice and Caring Hearts Free Clinic to provide Behavioral Health Services to their patients. The Licensed Professional Counselor sees patients by appointment in person and uses technology as well as taking immediate referrals from medical providers. They have a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who is on-site on a regular basis to do psychological assessments. There is also a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who is available for telehealth appointments to help with medications and other behavioral health providers are available by telehealth.
